Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager in Massachusetts to oversee daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and compliance. Build a high-performing team focused on exceptional patient experiences.

You will lead with strong service, culture, and operational discipline while partnering with regional leaders to ensure consistency and growth.

Qualifications

Five years of combined dispensary, call center, retail, or hospitality experience.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
High-level numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
Lead by example with service, pace, positivity, and energy.
Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and positive culture.
Train store staff through materials, sessions, and performance reviews.
Follow policies, procedures, and programs for customer service, staff, inventory, and cash handling.
Identify and implement process improvements to support growth.
Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue and control costs.
Perform daily inventory audits and record sales data accurately.
Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and discrepancies.
Develop vendor relationships and maintain inventory levels.
