The role emphasizes staff development, training, inventory control, cash handling, and strong collaboration with regional leadership to uphold Jushi’s mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in biology/medicine/horticulture/business hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong computer and technical skills including web browsers and POS systems.

• Hire and develop a team passionate about cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Mentor and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage training materials and sessions; address staff needs.
• Maintain store policies, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
