Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, and compliance. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding patient experience while managing costs and ensuring regulatory adherence.

You will mentor staff, optimize processes, and maintain strong vendor relations to support company growth. The GM must foster a positive culture and ensure consistent performance across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
• Strong understanding of cash handling, loss prevention and inventory controls.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with POS systems and credit card processing.
