Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to lead daily retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, merchandising, cash and inventory management, and compliance.

You’ll interact with patients to ensure the best possible experience and uphold Jushi’s culture. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, staff development, and deep knowledge of cannabis products, dosing, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispensary, retail, hospitality or customer service is essential.
• Strong leadership, training and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage cash handling and daily operations with accuracy.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety guidelines in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a passionate medical cannabis service team.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling and compliance adherence.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and vendor relationships.
• Ensure accurate End of Month inventory and daily sales records.
• Guide patients on product selection, dosing and administration.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient store operations.
