Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis
• 2–5 years in Customer Service related work
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Flexible working hours needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, hiring, scheduling, reviews, and payroll; uphold culture and set success standards.
• Meet revenue and sales expectations through effective leadership and customer relations.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure inventory processes, compliance, and METRC/CDP usage are accurate and timely.
• Drive customer experience initiatives, omni-channel engagement, and loyalty programs.
