• Resolve guest concerns and recover service in a timely manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain readiness.
• Promote safety, security, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Engage with company communication platforms and required business communications.
• Drive store performance by monitoring sales and guest experience metrics.
• Mentor and develop team members to support performance and growth.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staffing as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Support cash management, audits, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to store leadership.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
