Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a General Manager to oversee dispensary operations, drive sales performance, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced cannabis environment. The role reports to the Market Manager and emphasizes leadership, culture, and operational excellence.

The GM will lead staffing, training, inventory, and customer experience initiatives, while managing daily cash flow, promotions, and KPI tracking across ADS, UPT, Sell Through, and payroll-related metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis industries.
Experience managing teams, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
Knowledge of METRC compliance and cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead staff training, hiring, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.
Drive revenue, set sales goals, and monitor KPIs with the team.
Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies across all processes.
Improve customer experience through staff coaching and process excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HR, Ops, IT, Facilities).
