Job summary

Good Day Farm seeks a General Manager to lead all aspects of the dispensary’s operations, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and steer customer experience to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in leadership roles, cannabis industry experience preferred, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing market while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must clear a background check.
• Must have flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training and development, hire and manage team, conduct reviews, handle payroll and schedules.
• Meet revenue and sales expectations through effective leadership and customer relations.
• Oversee daily cash handling, till settings, reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage inventory processes and reconciliation; monitor compliance with METRC.
• Enhance customer experience through omni-channel ordering, drive-thru, delivery, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure in-store merchandising aligns with promotions and brand standards.
