Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to deliver exceptional customer and patient service while educating clients. The role is primarily telephonic, with on-site duties in a store setting, and involves guiding customers through product information and memberships.

You will support sales with product recommendations, maintain knowledge of benefits and promotions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. A dynamic, team-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Abide by safety, health procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Operate cash register and POS system, manage cash drawer, and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
