Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to deliver exceptional service to patrons and patients, primarily by phone, while educating clients about products and policies.

You will assist on the sales floor, handle POS transactions, and work with a team to meet compliance and service goals. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, HS diploma required, and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions.
• Lead tours of sales floor and recommend products based on research.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, discounts and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Operate cash register and computer-based POS system.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
