Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission statement and core values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by addressing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions.
• Abide by product handling procedures, including safety, health policies and regulations.
• Keep store clean and organized by stocking items and maintaining cleanliness.
• Operate cash register and POS system; handle cash accurately.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction and compliance goals.
