Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong computer, language, and reasoning abilities.
• Spanish bilingualism preferred and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to mission, values, and professional standards.
• Provide accurate customer service to patrons by answering questions or directing them.
• Lead store tours and recommend products based on research.
• Maintain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Follow product handling procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Keep store clean and stocked; perform basic housekeeping.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
