Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. operates cannabis retail venues providing education and customer service for cannabis products. The Agent in-Charge will support dispensary staff, manage inventory records, and assist customers and patients with product information and purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software, i.e., Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional individualized customer service and educational consulting.
• Manage inventory-related activities and maintain accurate records.
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Assist Cannabis Advisors with product or POS questions.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Handle cash transactions including bank drops and daily payouts as directed.
