Verano in Illinois is seeking an Agent in-Charge to deliver outstanding customer service and educational consulting for customers and patients. You will support dispensary staff, focus on inventory activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping for state tracking and POS systems.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with local/state regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

• Assist in regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
