Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to partner with recruiters and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all interview stages.

You will manage complex scheduling, coordinate travel and video conferences, maintain timely follow-ups in the Applicant Tracking System, and help create compelling job postings and recruiting events. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and strong communication with candidates and leaders.

• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling with confidentiality.
• Experience with ATS and creating job postings or ads.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Handle complex interview scheduling including travel or video conferencing.
• Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines using the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with confidentiality and customer service.
• Prepare and deliver offer letters and related documents with accuracy.
• Create job postings and advertisements to market positions.
• Plan and conduct recruiting events in person or virtually.
• Assist in recruiting and diversity-related projects as needed.
