Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Wisconsin to partner with recruiters and guide candidates through the interview process. You will manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and video conferences, while keeping candidates informed with timely updates.

The role emphasizes accuracy in offer letters, posting jobs, and coordinating events, with a focus on confidentiality and excellent communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a related role with complex candidate communication and scheduling.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar tools for documentation and reports.
• Experience creating job advertisements, social media posts or online ads.
• Experience with high-volume interview scheduling, career fairs, campus recruiting and event planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong sense of ownership and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.
• Handle heavy, complex interview scheduling, including candidate travel or video conferencing.
• Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing the ATS.
• Communicate professionally and tactfully with confidentiality and customer service.
• Prepare and deliver employment offer letters and related documents with attention to detail.
• Create job postings and advertisements to market positions consistently.
• Plan, prepare and conduct recruiting events in person or virtually.
• Assist in recruiting programs and diversity-related projects as needed.
