Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and seamless progression through interviews. You will partner with recruiters to manage scheduling, communications, and documentation across multiple stages.

Responsibilities include heavy scheduling, ATS upkeep, offer letter preparation, job postings, and events. A high standard of confidentiality and organization is essential, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience with complex candidate communication and scheduling.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar tools for documentation and reports.
• Experience creating job advertisements, social media posts or online ads.
• Experience with high-volume interview scheduling, career fairs, campus recruiting and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and provide a great candidate experience.
• Handle heavy, complex interview scheduling that may include candidate travel, offsite meetings or video conferencing.
• Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines by managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate professionally and confidentially with candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver employment offer letters and related documents with attention to detail.
• Create job postings and advertisements to market positions consistently and effectively.
• Plan, prepare and conduct recruiting events in-person or virtual.
• Assist in recruiting programs and diversity-related projects as needed.
