Navan in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives on orchestration of interview schedules, travel logistics, and delivering a VIP candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency across the recruitment cycle.

You will own scheduling, support onboarding, and contribute to process improvements through automation.

Qualifications

1–2+ years of recruiting coordination experience with scheduling expertise.
Strong relationship builder able to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills delivering high-touch experience.
Solutions-oriented with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.
Adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews.
Roll out the red carpet for candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
Partner with recruiters, executive assistants, and hiring teams to deliver results.
Drive process improvements and automate recruiting coordination to support onboarding.
Serve as candidate experience guru and advise hiring managers with expertise.
Support offer letters, background checks, onboarding tasks, and talent processes.
