Navan in California is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who can orchestrate complex interview schedules, balance competing priorities, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and ensure every candidate feels like a VIP throughout the interview journey.

From coordinating travel for onsite and virtual interviews to supporting onboarding tasks and background checks, you’ll own your workflow and drive improvements

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with modern recruiting tech stacks (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Metaview).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage complex schedules across recruiters and hiring managers.
• Handle full-cycle coordination of interviews, travel, and logistics for virtual and onsite.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that feels VIP.
• Collaborate with recruiters and executive assistants to streamline processes.
• Drive process improvements and automation to onboarding.
• Advise teams as the candidate experience expert.
• Provide white-glove service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Support onboarding tasks, background checks, and offer letter workflows.
• Learn workflows related to Recruiting and Operations and grow within Talent and People.
• Partner with full-cycle recruiters and business leaders to align hiring strategies.
• Handle cross-functional responsibilities supporting end-to-end talent initiatives.
