Job summary

8Fleet, Inc. is building its Talent Acquisition team in Los Angeles. As Recruiting & Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will own how candidates move through the process, run scheduling, host onsite interviews, and partner with hiring managers to keep searches moving.

Qualifications

2+ years as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Hands-on Ashby experience.
Advanced Google Calendar skills for multi-interviewer panels.
Familiar with Claude and Metaview AI recruiting tools.
Experience running onsite interviews and improving candidate experience.
Systems mindset for repeatable processes.
Clear, warm candidate communication and follow-through.
Discretion with confidential candidate information.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end scheduling in Ashby and Google Calendar, coordinating candidates, interviewers, and panels.
Handle reschedules quickly and keep candidates and interviewers informed.
Coordinate interview logistics: interviewers, links, locations, prep materials and timing.
Send and track NDAs and pre-interview paperwork so candidates are ready.
Run onsite interviews start to finish: prep, greet, and tours.
