Job summary

IDI-Distributor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the HR team by managing candidate experience and coordinating onboarding for new hires. The role emphasizes collaboration with the TA Partner and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth hire-to-onboarding workflow.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience and at least two years in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate experience and oversee pre-employment steps including offer creation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Coordinate interviews, respond to candidate questions, and build candidate pipelines.
• Post, maintain, and track job requisitions in the ATS; liaise with vendors for background checks and job boards.
