Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead Crusoe’s technical interview coordination efforts. You will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, ensure a high-velocity, compliant interview process, and influence roadmap through survey insights.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks, raise the bar on candidate experience, and scale the coordination function for a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high growth tech company.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable owning both execution and process building.
• High operational rigor in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate Crusoe’s interview coordination engine for technical hiring.
• Manage global recruiting coordinators and review candidate surveys to influence roadmap.
• Ensure SLAs, drive workflow improvements, and optimize capacity and calibration.
• Elevate scalable and personalized candidate and hiring team experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and solve them.
