Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Candidate Experience team. In this 12‑month contract‑to‑hire role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a high‑touch candidate journey and ensure efficient, compliant scheduling across rapidly scaling teams.

You will manage complex calendars, act as a primary contact for prospective hires, and drive scalable processes that support Crusoe's growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high‑volume support role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polished, professional and approachable.
• Ability to manage confidential talent information with discretion and good judgment.
• Collaborative mindset; able to build relationships with recruiters, leaders, and employees.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and organizational skills to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive high‑volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and/or corporate teams.
• Act as a primary contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished candidate‑first experience.
• Communicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency to candidates and interviewers.
• Navigate complex calendars across leaders and stakeholders, resolving conflicts proactively.
• Build and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes supporting rapid hiring growth.
• Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant within ATS and recruiting tools.
