Crusoe is hiring a Manager, Candidate Experience in San Francisco to lead the coordination team behind Crusoe’s Corporate, GTM & Manufacturing hiring. You will guide interview scheduling across time zones, ensure SLA adherence, and drive a scalable, high-quality candidate experience. You will manage a group of Recruiting Coordinators, review surveys, and influence roadmap decisions with the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high growth tech company.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable owning execution and process building.
• High operational rigor in fast-moving environments.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the coordination engine behind Crusoe’s Corp, GTM & Manufacturing hiring.
• Manage global recruiting coordinators and ensure end-to-end interview scheduling.
• Monitor SLAs, identify workflow improvements, and balance workload.
• Drive scalable, compliant, personalized candidate and hiring team experience.
• Build out coordination capacity model and optimize team performance.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to pre-empt bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and onboard new IC Coordinators.
