Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager of Candidate Experience to lead the coordination engine behind its technical hiring. You will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, ensuring a fast, reliable interview process and reviewing candidate surveys to inform roadmap decisions.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks, uphold SLAs, and scale the coordination function while onboarding new coordinators for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high growth tech company.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable owning both execution and process building.
• High operational rigor; thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end across multi-panel loops and time zones.
• Ensure team SLA adherence and identify workflow improvements.
• Balance load, calibrate and ensure accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and maintain process hygiene.
• Develop scalable, compliant, and personalized candidate and hiring team experiences; lead surveys to raise the bar.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to preempt bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
• Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks and grow the coordination team (hiring IC Coordinators, onboarding).
