Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead the coordination engine behind Crusoe’s Corporate, GTM & Manufacturing hiring. This hands-on role will run a high-velocity interview process, manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators across time zones, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks.

You will build scalable processes, ensure SLAs, improve surveys and feedback loops, and help define capacity models.
