Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on our Candidate Experience team, a 12-month contract-to-hire role. You will be a key representative, helping shape how top talent interacts with Crusoe and partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, high-touch candidate journey.

You will drive complex scheduling, act as a primary contact for candidates, navigate calendars, build scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy within our ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a high-volume support role within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional scheduling and calendar management with attention to detail and ability to handle heavy interview loads.
• Excellent communication, polished and professional interactions with candidates and internal teams.
• Proven ability to handle confidential talent information with discretion and strong ownership.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities

• Complex Scheduling: drive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and corporate teams.
• Candidate Experience: act as primary contact for prospective hires, delivering a polished, candidate-first experience.
• Proactive Calendar Navigation: manage complex calendars across leaders and stakeholders, resolving conflicts proactively.
• Scalable Operational Excellence: build and maintain structured scheduling processes to support rapid hiring growth.
• Data Compliance: ensure job descriptions are current, compliant, and maintained in ATS and tools.
