Job summary

Peregrine is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage recruiting coordination activities and support interview scheduling across virtual and in-person formats, helping create a positive candidate experience from first contact to interview completion.

You will greet candidates onsite, provide a office tour, arrange refreshments, and supply resumes or meeting links to interviewers to ensure a seamless process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in recruitment.
• Ability to multi-task and schedule high-volume interviews.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Gem Scheduling.
• Located in SF Bay Area and able to come into the office 4x/week.

Responsibilities

• Own job creation process in ATS
• Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person interviews
• Greet candidates for in-person interviews, provide a tour of the office, and ensure refreshments or lunch is provided as needed
• Accompany candidates to in-person interviews and in between interviews, wrap up in-person interviews, and see candidates out the door
• Provide interviewers with candidate resumes, virtual meeting links or reserved interview rooms, and other necessary items to ensure a seamless interview experience
• Support ad hoc recruiting tasks and projects that align with recruiting or company goals and initiatives such as interviewer training, employer branding, referral program, candidate experience, etc.
