Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Recruiting/Interview Coordinator to orchestrate the scheduling process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll serve as the main liaison for virtual and in-person interviews while collaborating with the Talent team and hiring managers.

0-1+ years in coordination roles in startups or high-growth settings; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This full-time role requires in-person work at NYC or SF offices 3 days/week with relocation support

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of coordination/admin experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volume and re-prioritize plans as interviews move.
• Urgency-driven and proactive in follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide high-touch, white-glove interview experience across steps.
• Act as primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews.
• Develop relationships with Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes in interview workflows.
• Manage workflows within GSuite, Ashby, and scheduling tools.
