Job summary

Peregrine Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, greet candidates onsite, provide a office tour, and ensure refreshments or lunch are arranged as needed. Reporting to the Talent Operations Lead, you will deliver a white-glove candidate experience from start to finish, support interviewer training and employer branding, and help keep candidates progressing

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in recruitment or similar role.
Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of interviews with urgency and attention to detail.
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office 4x/week.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person interviews.
Greet candidates onsite, provide a office tour, and arrange refreshments or lunch as needed.
Accompany candidates between interviews and wrap up sessions after interviews.
Provide interviewers with resumes, meeting links, and reserved interview rooms for a seamless process.
Support recruiting projects such as interviewer training, employer branding, and referral programs.
