Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Screening Solutions Specialist (SSS) to drive growth of Cologuard in medical practices, meet sales goals across assigned geography, and deliver diagnostic solutions by highlighting the importance of CRC screening.

This is a field-based role supporting Jenkintown and surrounding territories, focusing on building relationships, market insight, and collaboration with internal teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape to identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and deliver improved patient outcomes.
• Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities to work with HCPs to improve clinical decision making and patient outcomes.
• Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer and patient unmet needs and capture information in CRM.
• Synthesize data from Engage, Excel, Tableau and research to make data-driven decisions on account potential and opportunities.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
• Lead the implementation of account plans with internal stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and opportunities.
• Educate target physician groups about products and value propositions to support treatment decisions and patient resources.
