Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Screening Sales Representative (SSS) for Abbott Cancer Diagnostics to drive Cologuard growth in Southlake and surrounding territories. You will develop account plans, engage with physicians, and coordinate with Medical Affairs and Marketing to optimize patient outcomes and care delivery.

The role emphasizes strong relationship building, data-driven decision making, and field-based travel across the assigned geography to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales/account management experience OR 1+ year sales + 1+ year healthcare experience OR completed active-duty military service.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No major motor vehicle violations in 36 months.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cologuard product sales in assigned geography and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain accounts relationships to understand needs and opportunities.
• Capture customer interactions and market intelligence in the CRM system.
• Analyze local care system and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop business/account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
• Educate physicians and stakeholders on product value propositions.
