Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients for procedures, post-operative appointments, pre-admission testing, testing, surgery, follow up and wait list process.
• Notifies patients of scheduled procedures in person or by mail with full details.
• Maintains and coordinates scheduling data and staff resources across departments.
