• 10+ years of experience in transaction management or related fields.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements.

• Lead RFPs and commercial sourcing for Canadian data center deals across markets.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, structuring terms to meet technical and business requirements.
