Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify data center capacity opportunities through relationships with developers, brokers, and power contacts.
• Lead RFPs and commercial sourcing for Canadian data center deals across markets.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, align commercial terms with requirements, maintain developer partnerships.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction, ensuring commercial, technical, and legal readiness for closure.
• Serve as SPOC for networks, deployments, and government relations with regular progress updates.
• Develop and manage transaction timelines, identify risks to deal closure, track critical path items.
• Refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution.
• Capture stakeholder requirements and translate into contractual terms.
• Manage development activities to construction-ready state, coordinating with developers or direct builds.
• Marry projects, capital stacks, and developers at the right stages to optimize outcomes.
• Support long-term data center supply strategy.
