Anthropic seeks a Transaction Manager for Canada to lead commercial sourcing and transaction execution for data center capacity deals. You will steer RFP processes, negotiate term sheets, and ensure stakeholder alignment from sourcing through lease execution.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-stakeholder transactions, strong negotiation skills, and ability to coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify data center capacity opportunities through relationships with developers, brokers, and power contacts.
• Lead RFPs and commercial sourcing for Canadian data center deals across markets.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, align commercial terms with requirements, maintain developer partnerships.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction, ensuring commercial, technical, and legal readiness for closure.
• Serve as SPOC for networks, deployments, and government relations with regular progress updates.
• Develop and manage transaction timelines, identify risks to deal closure, track critical path items.
• Refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution.
• Capture stakeholder requirements and translate into contractual terms.
• Manage development activities to construction-ready state, coordinating with developers or direct builds.
• Marry projects, capital stacks, and developers at the right stages to optimize outcomes.
• Support long-term data center supply strategy.
