Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to embed with project teams delivering leased and partnered data center capacity. You will lead partners to meet the fastest schedule while keeping a safe site and ensuring high-quality data centers.

You'll validate deal readiness, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, maintain regular reporting, and ensure smooth transitions from inception to operational readiness, shaping the compute infrastructure for frontier AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of site leadership in data center delivery or large-scale infrastructure.
• End-to-end data center development: entitlements, permitting, planning, supply chain, execution.
• Data center design and construction as a repeatable process with minimal handholding.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sites 60%+ of the time and shape delivery culture.
• Develop partners and enhance cross-functional team performance.
• Validate deal readiness from LOI to lease execution and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with landlords, track construction progress, and facilitate information exchange.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions with partners.
• Handoff to operations and enable rapid workload turn-ups.
• Prepare executive reporting and support capacity planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop standardized playbooks for facility delivery.
