Anthropic is seeking a Transaction Manager for Canada to lead commercial sourcing and lease execution for data center capacity. You will drive RFPs, negotiate term sheets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move opportunities from sourcing through closing.

In this role, you’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder transactions, maintain rigorous timelines, and build scalable processes that align technical and business requirements with contractual terms across Canada’s data center market.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in transaction management or related area.
• Experience with data center leasing or large-scale infrastructure procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing to execution.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify data center capacity opportunities and manage developer and power contacts.
• Lead RFPs and commercial sourcing for Canadian data center deals; manage outreach and evaluation.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, structuring commercial terms with technical and business requirements.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction; ensure commercial, technical, and legal compliance for deal closure.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal counsel, and network/operations teams; maintain project timelines and risk registers.
• Act as SPOC for external partners and government relations; provide regular updates on progress.
• Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks for scalable deal execution.
• Capture stakeholder requirements in commercial agreements and translate into terms.
