Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Transaction Manager to drive commercial sourcing and execution for data center capacity deals. You will lead RFPs, negotiate term sheets, and coordinate across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams to close deals.

This role requires 10+ years in transaction management or infrastructure procurement, superb negotiation, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid in-office policy applies with 25% on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in term sheets, LOIs, and agreements.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify data center capacity opportunities via network relationships with developers and brokers.
• Lead RFP and commercial sourcing for data center deals; manage outreach and evaluations.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs; structure commercial terms for alignment with requirements.
• Bridge LOI to executed transaction; ensure commercial, technical, and legal readiness for closure.
• Serve as SPOC for networks, deployments, and government relations; provide progress updates.
• Develop transaction timelines and track critical path items; identify risks to closure.
• Refine transaction processes and playbooks for scalable execution.
• Capture stakeholder requirements in commercial agreements translating technical needs.
