Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Data Center Capacity Delivery Manager to embed with project teams delivering leased and partnered data center capacity. You’ll drive rapid, safe construction execution while maintaining quality.

You will validate deal readiness from LOI to lease, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, and report progress to executives. This role sits at the intersection of real estate, construction, and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading data center delivery or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end data center development: entitlements, planning, execution, and handover.
• Ability to operate with minimal process, driving delivery through influence and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead project sites 60%+ of the time, shaping culture and delivery strategies.
• Validate deal readiness from LOI through lease execution and ensure all requirements are met.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers and internal teams; track progress and exchange critical information.
• Represent Anthropic in technical and operational decisions with partners during development.
• Drive handoffs to operations and enable rapid workload turn-ups with deployment teams.
• Prepare executive progress reports and support capacity planning.
