Job summary

Anthropic is sourcing data center capacity through strategic transactions. The role drives commercial sourcing, negotiates term sheets, LOIs, and manages cross-functional coordination across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams to close leases.

You will lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, oversee LOI-to-lease execution, and create scalable processes for future deals in support of Anthropic's infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify data center capacity opportunities and manage relationships with developers, brokers, and power providers.
• Lead RFP and commercial sourcing processes for data center deals, manage outreach and evaluation.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, structure commercial terms meeting technical and business requirements.
• Create the bridge from LOI to executed transaction, ensuring all commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied.
• Serve as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement, coordinating due diligence with legal, networks, and finance teams.
• Act as SPOC for networks, deployments, and government relations, providing updates on progress and leasing status.
• Develop and maintain transaction timelines, tracking critical path items and risks to deal closure.
• Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed in commercial agreements.
