Responsibilities include refund research, note-taking on student records, and assisting with fee billing adjustments, collections, daily reports, and mail distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with 9050, 9052, and 9055 refund reject research.
• Assist with RPC notes on student records.
• Assist with processing withdrawals, adds, drops, and other fee billing adjustments.
• Assist with collections for delinquent tuition.
• Assist with daily reports for Returned Checks.
• Assist with mail pick up and distribution.
• Complete special projects and other duties assigned.
