Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete all check-in processes for exams, including ID and exam verification and expectations review.
• Provide clients their first point of contact with the UT Public Testing Center.
• Demonstrate openness, inclusiveness, and interact respectfully with all people.
• Support front desk and office operations, including maintaining the space and high-level customer service.
