Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 3 years of clerical experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via email with staff and faculty regarding vouchers and CBS processes; create vouchers for payments, reimbursements, scholarships and travel documents.
• Maintain payment processing workflow, log payments, and update client records; process cash advance requests and reconciliations.
