Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Transcript must be submitted with application reflecting completed coursework and degrees.
• Strong general office practices including computer literacy, organization, and communication.
• Experience delivering effective customer service to students, staff, and public.
• Ability to interact effectively with students, staff and the public.
• Ability to handle and solve daily challenges and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience conducting presentations.
• Experience supervising, training and guiding personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and day-to-day tutoring center operations on campus.
• Schedule and train tutors; develop promotional materials and mailing lists.
• Record, track, and maintain student records; prepare forms and reports.
• Offer training and guidance to Academic Resource Specialists and tutors.
• Collaborate with staff to set goals and improve department services.
• Assess student academic and support needs; perform other duties as assigned.
