Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of professional level experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic file management.
• Understanding of open-access higher education mission and student population.

Responsibilities

• Proctor and administer placement tests, standardized tests, and courses tests.
• Maintain testing integrity and follow procedures.
• Provide information and guidance to students about testing and enrollment processes.
• Support testing software and troubleshoot basic IT issues in the testing center.
• Assist with scheduling, intake, and communications for testing services.
