Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Burlington, MA to attract interns and co‑op candidates, build university relationships, and run impactful recruiting events. You will act as the country-level payroll authority to ensure US compliance in design, configuration, and deployment.

You will source via iCIMS and Handshake, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment plans. This is a hybrid role with travel 25–40% during peak season.

Formación

• 0–2 years in talent acquisition or campus recruiting.
• Willing to travel 25–40% during peak season.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to attract interns and co‑op talent.
• Plan and execute on‑campus events, career fairs, conferences, and development activities.
• Organize logistics for career events and manage shipping/tracking.
• Develop outbound messaging and branding across college channels.
• Source candidates using iCIMS/Handshake and manage the process through offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design recruitment plans and inclusive outreach.
• Screen resumes, coordinate video/onsite interviews, and schedule processes.
• Evaluate programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Administer job postings and ATS platforms, and monitor budgets.
