Job summary

TekNinjas in Burlington, MA is seeking a contract Campus Recruiter to drive internships and co-op programs. You will build university partnerships, plan events, and promote TekNinjas as an employer of choice across multiple campuses.

You will source candidates using iCims and Handshake, coordinate interviews, and manage events and budget. The hybrid role may require travel during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (Preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with universities, faculty, staff, and student organizations to attract interns and co-op participants.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events (presentations, career fairs, conferences) and manage logistics.
• Develop outbound messaging and campus branding to attract students.
• Source candidates with iCims and Handshake and manage the process from outreach to offer.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Manage campus recruiting budget and track program effectiveness.
• Help plan and execute intern and co-op programs.
