EisnerAmper is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our National Talent Acquisition team. You will recruit for internship and entry-level programs, building strong relationships with universities and candidates while coordinating campus events.

Responsibilities include end-to-end candidate management, collaboration with hiring leaders, and using data to guide recruiting strategy. Travel up to 25% and a hybrid work environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of campus recruiting or related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with candidates, university career centers, student orgs, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Partner with business leaders to achieve campus hiring goals across assigned schools.
• Attend and facilitate career fairs, virtual/on-campus events, and networking programs.
• Support internship and entry-level programs including content, logistics, and onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience and interview scheduling.
• Leverage data and recruiting trends to inform decisions and strategy.
• Maintain candidate communications and outreach throughout the year.
