Job summary

Cambridge Associates LLC is seeking a Campus Recruiting Specialist to help recruit analysts and interns across U.S. offices. You will partner with campus recruiters and hiring teams to manage interview logistics, posting jobs, and candidate screening, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will work with university career services, coordinate Super Day events, and travel during peak seasons. A BA/BS and recruiting/admin experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with high academic achievement.
• Recruiting-related or admin experience through work, internship, or school activities.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campus events across multiple offices.
• Coordinate logistics for events and interviews.
• Post jobs and source candidates via Handshake.
• Screen candidates through initial rounds and screens.
• Maintain candidate files and update ATS records.
• Schedule interviews and communicate progress to candidates.
• Collaborate with campus recruiters and hiring teams.
• Coordinate internship programming and materials.
• Assist with travel logistics for events.
• Perform clerical tasks and data entry as needed.
