Bay Shore Staffing is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a busy Talent Acquisition team through January 2027. The role focuses on campus recruiting, internship and co-op programs, candidate sourcing, and talent pipeline development, with scope to assist in full-time professional recruiting as needed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive campus recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and be highly organized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with campus programs.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through campus channels.
• Experience partnering with colleges and career services.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work onsite 3–4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Support and execute campus recruiting initiatives, including internships and co-op hiring.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university platforms.
• Build talent pipelines for internships, co-ops and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate campus recruiting activities and career fairs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate next steps in hiring process.
• Maintain candidate communications and ATS records.
• Assist with full-time recruiting as needed.
